Small Donation Drop-Off

Do you have gently used furniture or household items to share that will fit in your vehicle? Please bring your boxed or bagged donations to the office wing doors behind the church, and someone will be happy to help you unload your vehicle. We are located at 247 W. Lovell Street.

Please note we DO NOT accept donations on Thursdays or Fridays as our office is closed.

Can't make it during the week? We're also available on the second Saturday of each month, 9:30-11am.

Partners in Housing Transition

Our Story

In 1991, Louise Dunbar founded Partners in Housing Transition, or 'Partners.' Louise collected furniture donations with her husband, Bob, to provide formerly homeless families with gently used furniture. Louise grew Partners with the support of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, both in donations from parishioners, and space to operate within the church offices. Today, Partners has been able to serve many organizations and families throughout Kalamazoo thanks to the compassion and hard work from Louise.
