We receive donations from the community through individuals, businesses, or purchases. We inventory what we've received to keep track of what's available.

Next, we clean, fix, and stage the items in our basement showroom. We only have the space to make small fixes, but we try and have all items look their best!

Once we receive a referral, we'll schedule an in-person or virtual visit, where clients can choose items that meet their needs and personal taste based on availability.

Clients receive their furniture from our moving team. Our movers bring client's furniture into their spaces, and help with any setup and construction, especially beds!
